Once we have received your order from the company you purchased from, we will schedule it for delivery. After that, you will receive an SMS from us with your estimated delivery window. If there are several days between placing your order and the delivery date, it may take a few days before you receive the SMS.
On the delivery day, when the driver starts the route, you will receive a new SMS with a link. Using the link, you can track your delivery and get continuous updates on its status.
