My delivery was misplaced

If you received an SMS stating that your order has been delivered but you cannot find it, the driver has most likely left your items in a protected spot outside your home. In the link you received via SMS, you can also find an attached photo taken by the driver during the delivery. If you do not recognize the surroundings in the photo, please contact our customer service, and we will assist you further.
