If your tracking link isn’t working, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Your driver hasn’t started their route yet, so you cannot follow the delivery. Once the route begins, you will receive an SMS with a tracking link that provides continuous updates on your delivery.
- In case of delays, we may dispatch an additional driver to assist your regular driver. During this short period, your tracking link will be temporarily paused.
- For technical issues with the tracking link, try switching from WiFi to mobile data.
- If the disruption lasts more than 30 minutes, please contact our customer service.
